Happy Monday,
Lovelies!
I think at some
point in each of our lives we question: am I happy? Does my occupation support the kind of life I
want to live or does it detract from it.
For many of us, the answer is “yes, I love it!” For others, the answer is no. Our years of schooling and commuting support
a career that does not “feed” us emotionally, and we’re ready to start all over
again… even from the bottom.
This is the
case with my rockin’ friend Chandra.
After years of working as a fellow politico with a master’s degree, she’s
switching careers to nursing. It takes
some big cajones and great support network to set your life in a new direction
and jump. Chandra’s jumping with an
awesome support network.
Several of
Chandra’s girlfriends got together to do a “Moms’ Day Out” shoot for Chandra as
a going away gift. How stinking cool is
that?! They got to know one another
through a local hospital’s breastfeeding assistance group, and have been
friends ever since. Their adorable stinkbugs
have been kicking it together since birth.
Here are some
shots from our outing—enjoy!
